    1)Sir I was asking because of my conceptual understanding that the closing of mill was a general loss or was it a special loss?

    2) Consideration must pass from both parties na i.e promisor and promisee?

    1) That I understand

    What I don’t understand is why you are wasting your time on something that has no chance in my lifetime of ever being appropriate as an answer to an F4 question!

    2) Yes … with very rare exceptions such as in a specialty contract where two-way consideration is not necessary
