    Dear Ken,

I have seen past papers that the examiner asked a question on Process, for example, A chart is given in a question in which different arrows shows that this process will be proceed from Step 1 to Step 3 (let suppose), like in a call center.

You can see Question No. 2 in December 2014 ?

My question to you is, How Can we analyze or evaluate such type of process including any duplication etc etc . ?

Hope you understand my query and the question ?

    Need your guidance …

    Thanks

There in no particular approach other than using common sense – which is prrhaps not useful advice. However, look for:

    Unnecessary proceses
    Duplication
    Inefficient/stupid process order
Unnecessary movements of goods or information between departments/people.
    Try to streamline the process

The examiner’s answer will not be the only acceptable one. Have a lok at our notes and lectures on this topic.
