2) Acceptability – deals with whether the move makes sense to shareholders/stakeholders (examine profitability, liquidity, gearing, risks, financial risks etc)
3) Feasibility – deals with their capability to undertake a move (general experience comes in here, their financial ability to pay for the acquisition)
