Hi everyone,
I am sitting the F5 exam in September. I was meant to do it in June but I am just so out of my depth with this paper that I have deferred it. I have done the tuition through Kaplan and got the books but even after 4 days of tuition I just don’t know where to start. I keep coming onto OT lectures (with notes) with good intentions of really getting to it but a few minutes in and I am lost again. I was exempt from F2 due being AAT qualified but studied AAT 8/9 years ago. Anyway, the reason I am posting is to get any tips on where to start with this subject. Should I go back and study F2 first? How can I easily develop the knowledge? I feel the reason I am struggling is because I don’t know why I am doing these calculations etc (if that makes sense!).
Is there anyone else in the same boat here?
Thanks
