why is there a difference between the fv of consideration actually paid and the investment figure in SFP?
Hi,
If there is a difference then it could be related to another investment that the parent has, possibly one where we don’t have control but merely have influence or no relationship whatsoever.

ok thanks got it.
and in the exam if theres an issue that we understand or can explain it in words, but cant seem do figure out what to do with it. or possibly we could discuss any particular standar relevant to the scenario (not writing out everything we know about it ) the parts based on the issue.
can we just write about it ? will we get marks?
