There was a question about Dog Care company asking to suggest Metrics for ” quality of service”.
Would it be wrong to suggest Dogs per Supervisor ( as company used to supervise dogs when owners leave them to company). idea behind it is close supervision.
I think Dogs per supervisor kind of suggests resource utilization.but would you conclude it wrong for quality of service.
Aim of this question is to understand that sometimes resource utilization indicates quality of service client/customer is getting.is it appropriate?
That could be OK – it rather depends on who notices the quality: the dogs or their owners!
That is a difficult part of the question – and it’s an old question and rather odd. I wouldn’t worry about it to much if I were you.
