The exam was really testing knowledge and application as well. Long questions were really confusing. What was the manager supposed to do about this team leader who was performing exceptionally well but juss had some unpleasing manners which made other members request to leave.?????June 15, 2012 at 4:45 pm

@ chicazeez ..honestly speaking, Dec exams were a disaster and a bunch of pple have bn repeating as a result of dec disaster! It seems to be approachable this time< Lets wait and

hey i think the exam was ok but some of the question was confusing i also think the manager should have talked to his employee in private. anyone no the answer to the group question storming etc. i really hope i passedJune 17, 2012 at 9:56 am
The questions required too much thought (in my opinion), and some were kinda too long and somewhat confusing for multiple choice. Remember we only get 2.5 minutes max on a question. Question 5 (not sure if its 5) was excessively long just for you to figure out who was talking about a competency framework.
The question about the team member who was doing well but had a bad attitude towards his colleagues; I think the answer is for the supervisor to speak to him in private. This is because the question did not say that he was spoken to b4 in regards to his attitude and something like this usually require a verbal warning first.
The other question about the group; I had initially chosen performing but then I changed my answer to norming after I re-read the question.

based on the book, its frictional lol but that’s not the answer i chose.
