YTM vs MV of bond

After reading on this topic, I inferred that price may vary:

1.when govt bond coupon rate increase the YTM would increase and Bond MV would fall.

2.the company itself is riskier now than before then MV would fall and YTM would rise and vice versa.

Is that right? Just want to confirm.
