good day, i tried solving the june 2015 question 1, i couldn’t figure out where the contribution of $120 being transferred back to imnori is gotten from, kindly help sir, i’d be awaiting your reply.

Currently they are selling at 200 and earning a contribution of 40, and so the cost must be 160.

They will in future be selling at 280, so with a cost remaining at 160 the contribution will be 120.
