Regarding the redundancy and lost contribution part of the question (part bi), I cant seem to figure out how they got $0.1 million specifically. Could you please clarify that?

It is the present value of the redundancy and lost contribution flows over the four years. (The exact figure is not required when answering the question, just the comment that they are not likely to affect the decision).
