In your lectures concerning yield variance you said: “In total we’ve used 15200 kg. Was it more or less than we should have used?”
-My issue is that the yield variance focus is on output and mix variance is on input. 1.My confusion is that how can we calculate yield variance but at the same time still focusing on the input?
2. “Was it more or less than we should have used?” In a way we are saying that was 15200 kg the correct amount for the output. In a way,this means that we are focusing on the input and not the output. 3. Please clarify this!
