Yexmarine question from “Specimen 2 – Applicable from Sep 2023”

Hi there,

I am doing practice of Yexmarine question from “Specimen 2 – Applicable from Sep 2023”.

In Task # 2b it says “Prepare briefing notes for the board which analyse how employee dissatisfaction may impact upon each stage of the organisational change process. (10 marks)”. I thought I have to write the impact of employee dissatisfaction on the change process, which I assumed all theory based.

But when I check the examiner comments, it says “Discuss on how to deal with employee concerns”. This is totally contradicting the task requirement.

Please let me know if I am missing something as the measures are not mentioned in the task requirements.

Also, do I need to write this briefing notes to the Board of Directors ?
