I passed the end of module test with 75% marks. When I clicked on “Save and continue” the browser got stuck. I refreshed the page only to find myself at the beginning of the test (Question 1).
I explained the issue to ACCA by email. They give me a typical useless reply “Sorry our database shows your FiP is incomplete”. (Duh, you idiots.. that was the problem you were supposed to resolve).
There is a glitch in their system. You cannot save the test part way. You have to go through the whole thing in one go and in the end if some Fk-up occurs your time and effort is wasted.
Has anyone faced similar issues with FiP module?
The same is happening to me kay. I am beyond frustrated. I have tried on two attempts and passed both with 80%. I thought the problem was my p.c but clearly not. Am waiting for an answer from ACCA. Hope they sort this out fast. Don’t have time to deal with this kind of technical nonsense.
