I have registered for P2 UK variant instead of international variant. I am from India
My question is will this qualification be country specific with respect to my affiliate certificate or a global qualification

The qualification is not country specific. You get the same qualification no matter what variants you did. The main thing the P2 and P7 variants are important for is if you wish to obtain a practicing certificate, which is only necessary if you want to sign off audits.
