In my SLS statement I have accidentally entered the wrong mentor’s name.
Will this effect my results?
I emailed them telling the mishap.
It may raise eyebrows! How can you get this wrong? As a former marker I recall that we sometimes found that the gender of the mentor changed in different parts of the statement and this immediately raised the suspicion that a student had copied and reworded someone else’s SLS.
Unless you are able to provide a valid reason to explain this mistake your work may therefore be examined in the first instance as a possible academic conduct case.
