‘Working papers may ONLY be shown to third parties with the client’s permission’.
is this statement true ? i’m abit confused as i know that we can also show it to 3rd parties when there is a legal or public duty .
Not showing WPs is part of the overall requirement for confidentiality and you are right, legal duty etc would permit disclosure.
