Working capital investment approach graph: Is it necessary to learn this and be able to explain this? If so can anyone provide me with an explanation thread?

Not at all. There is no such thing as any standard working capital investment approach graph. Some people may use a graph to explain things, but it certainly not something you can be examined on.
