Hi sir,
Please I wish to know of a practical example of working capital been added every year till the end life of a project?
As I explain in my lectures, if sales are growing over the life of the project then receivables are likely to grow each year and the inventories needed are likely to grow each year as well. Both of these increase the working capital and required financing.
Thanks sir.
You are welcome 🙂
