    i need a clarification.

the bpp text says that the “net working capital should increase in line with sales revenue”

does this mean that if sales jump 40%, the (current assets – current liab) should also increase by 40%?

    thank u

Yes (because if there are more sales there will be more receivables, there will also need to be more purchases and therefore more payables and more inventories).
