Sir, what’s the technique for calculating working capital in Investment appraisals to get the NVP, they seem to be calculated in different ways in each question.

I am afraid that there is no specific technique – the question always tells you how to treat the working capital. Sometimes it is only required at the start of the project. Other times you need more each year, but the question will tell you.
