May i ask for ACCA Workbook june 2019 will it can be used as a study material for acca exam in dec 2021?

Yes. There have been few syllabus changes in SBL, so you can use that workbook with care.

Look at the end of the syllabus to see additions ans deletions and take note of them. Don’t worry about the other changes.
