Hi Sir,
THere are a lot of questions where we have asked to discuss the Etical and professional issues. What should be the format of the answer should we seperately Show ethical issues and professional issues.Lisa has somewhat mixed them up and please can you please Elaborate on the PROFESSIONAL issues because the etical isues are concerned with the fivwe priciples but what about professional issues. What wording should be use to describe these issues.
Best Regards
I think professional issues refers to the practical matters which an accountant in practice has to pay attention to.
I don’t particularly remember Lisa confusing the two but,.I suppose from a safety point of view, you would probably be best advised to subdivide an answer into the two separate headings.
I was working through some past exam questions today and I too found some situations where the two elements were getting confused.
Probably best not to worry about it. If you have a professional issue mixed in with two or three ethical matters I can’t believe that a marker would not give you credit
