Hi
With regards to the question woodbank in this link https://www.scribd.com/document/370202866/Kaplan-f7-Just-Questions
I looked at the ans it says that the net asset of shaw when purchased were %50m representing 1/3 of woodbank net asset.
I calculated 2014 net asset: total asset – total liabilities = Equity = 95
So 50/95 how is it 1/3?
!/3 of 90 is 30.Kindly explain to me where the value is derived.. and on analysis. I want to what are the point to be analysed further like some guide if you may tell me (areas of concern), things to look for?
I acknowledge the principal are LPG (liquidity profitability and gearing) but what are symptoms the details to link in question. is there like a list. I want to be able to look at the statement and be like oh lazer eyes I can spot the health condition of this patient aka company.
If one comes with sweaty palms, high temperature = bam diagnosed fever. (on the surface level) I want to be that level efficient as of now.I’ve compiled based on the kaplan kit, the analysing question mostly ask about issues on
1. Recession + one off transaction
2. RI/NCA
3. Acquisition
4. Discontinued operation/HFS
5. TakeoverMay i know what else is to be expected aside from these areas?
