I saw from the ACCA website there will be update on AAA sep2024-jun2025 syllabus, was waiting for the latest version lecture notes so i can start study early. When will the latest lecture notes uploaded?
Short answer no.
If you look at section 7 of the syllabus available here https://www.accaglobal.com/uk/en/student/exam-support-resources/professional-exams-study-resources/p7/syllabus-study-guide.html you will see that 3 of the 4 amendments are clarifications that have no bearing on the content.
For the “focus” on sustainability, there are three technical articles here https://www.accaglobal.com/uk/en/student/exam-support-resources/professional-exams-study-resources/p7/technical-articles.html in the “other assignments” section:
The assurance of social, environmental and sustainability information (part 1) and (part 2) and Proposed International Standard on Sustainability Assurance 5000
Note here in the exam docs https://www.accaglobal.com/uk/en/student/exam-support-resources/professional-exams-study-resources/p7/examinable-documents.html at the end it states: “Topics of exposure drafts are examinable to the extent that relevant articles about them are
published in student accountant.” So ED ISSA 5000 is only examinable to the extent of this article (and any others, if ACCA should issues any others – and I will publicise on this forum if there are new relevant articles).
