Why was the P4 examiner changed?

Just out of curiosity wanted to know why from Dec 2010 Mr. Bob was replaced with Mr. Malde? What was the need to change the P4 examiner? Was Mr. Bob to harsh and unfair?

Examiners are changed every so often. The ACCA do not give the reason 🙂
