it is not strange! this is optional paper, and very few people take it.
It takes a lot of effort to write study materialsand with P6 – it has to be updated every year –
OpenTuition can’t afford it, it is not easy to provide free materials for you guys!
so, considering you are already studying for P level, you should be able to get a good enough job to afford Study text. etc
