Hi why ACCA members are not called Chartered accountants, is that a certificate level course ?
To distinguish membership between ICAEW – in the designations ACA/FCA – “CA” means chartered accountant
For ACCA – the designations are ACCA/FCCA and the “CCA” means chartered certified.
Both ICAEW and ACCA have a Royal Charter and their professional qualifications are equivalent in law.
