Could you please tell me, who sends ban confirmation request letter and receivable circulation letter. (It will be a confirmation of my knowledge.)

Request for bank confirmation sent by auditor to bank; bank sends reply to auditor.
Request for receivable confirmation sent by client to customers (but posted by auditors); replies sent to auditor.
