question:
1- Can a person (Mac Gregor) be sued even if there are no termination clauses?
2- Due to the circumstances could a person (Mac Gregor) file for an injunction against someone (White & Charter Councils Ltd)?
Thank you
1) I don’t understand the question! Do you mean the opposite? As in “Can a person (Mac Gregor) be sued even if there ARE termination clauses?”
2) No – MacGregor is in contract, like it or not. You can’t escape contractual obligations by asking the Court to get you out of a sticky situation
