Hi Sir,
Please advise me as to which section should I tackle first when taking the P3 exam. Would you recommend that I attempt one Section B question first, then Section A, finishing with the second Section B question? Many thanks.

I recommend Section A first because you need to devote time to properly studying the scenario. I think that is difficult to do in the middle of the exam.
