What’s the source of your quotation / question? If it’s a text book, surely they must give examples. I cannot think ( at short notice ) of an economic activity that has no social / environmental affect, at least indirectly. But what about going to see a film at a cinema? Ignoring the fuel / travelling, what social / environmental affect would that have?
