    Dear respected sir John Moffat..
I am going for the above two papers for Dec 2014 exam, in the previouse sessions I have failed F8 in 45 and 38 marks. I had studied with tuition provider 1 year ago and know I stared self study.
now I really need your help sir what should I do ( how to study two papers I mean how to manage studying and revising these two papers)

You need to decide how much time that you have available each week, and then make a plan. You can check how many lectures that there are on here for each paper – you should study all of them (using the free course notes that do with the lectures), and so put on your plan which lectures you will study during each week.

You must have new editions for the Revision/Exam Kits from one of the ACCA approved publishers (a new edition because of the change in the layout of the exams, and the interaction of OT questions). You must leave a few weeks free in your plan to practice all the questions properly.
Don’t look at the answers until you have had a proper attempt yourself (for Paper F8 it is hard to write full answers at home yourself, but at least make a plan for each question of what points you would make). Then check with the printed answers and learn from your mistakes.

If anything in the lectures does not make sense to you, or if you cannot understand where you have gone wrong when practicing questions, then ask in the relevant Ask the Tutor forum.
