I am looking for CBE centre where it is possible to pass FIA exams in Ireland. All the centres have exams only for Diploma level, but for the first exams.
So what is the point of learning, if I cant pass it??? Why it is written on acca website that you can pass anytime at any place, and now it figures out, that there are no centres available to make exams…

I know it will not be very helpful, but you should really contact the ACCA – and they should let you know where your nearest centre is.. it is their job and you are paying them

    Hi mets,

    Whereabouts in Ireland are you?

I encountered the same problems. ACCA were very unhelpful, they just referred to their website link where it lists all the CBE centres. I am based in Dublin and contacted all of these centres. All except one said that they did not offer CBEs for FIA, only ACCA.

The one that does is City College in Dublin 2. I emailed with a helpful person there (pamela.morton@citycolleagues.ie), she confirmed that they’ll start offering these CBEs from early September and will contact me once they have set the dates.

    Rgds,
    Melanie
