Is it by choosing the best alternative from column or rows and then subtracting simultaneously.?

and what are the easy tricks or methods so as to analyse transfer pricing?

Both of these topics are explained in detail in my free lectures.

The lectures are a complete free course for Paper PM and cover everything needed to be able to pass the exam well.

hi John, ive gone through the lectures and notes, just wondering how do you know what would go at the top of the contribution table and what on the side of it, like in your example you put demand at top and contract size on side? as I keep getting the headings incorrect which means my table would give incorrect answers, also when analysing the table to give a maximax maximin etc, how do we work out which way to analyse so either go down the table or sideways?

confusing paragraph Ive written there but hope you get what I means lol

It does not matter which way round you present the table. What matters is that you are using it correctly when making the choices.
