Whats the difference btw F8(INT) and F8 (UK)?

Is there a chance in the future the UK audit board merging with the INT? I am a bit confused as I read somewhere that the F7(UK) will be faced out in favor of F7(INT).Thus was thinking of doing F8(INT) instead of F8(UK).
