1st Class
2nd Class dividided into:
– Upper second (the higher of the two)
– Lower second
3rd Class
Pass
FailYou have a 2:2 which is perfectly respectable. In OBU – your mark is determined based on F4-F9 inclusive and the grade you get on your RAP (if you are on the borderline)
Passed with a B grade at second attempt and an overall 2.1 (Second class upper credit). Very relieved! Congrats to allt hose who made and all the best to those who didn’t in their future attempts.

I have received Result Letter saying that It has been forwarded to Academic Conduct Officer But I have checked my project using writecheck for plagiarism before submission. and there was no plagiarism found and i have corrected all the gramatical mstakes before submission. i dont know what is wrong?
Does any one have any idea what is going to happen?

With the blessings of Allah Almighty passed my project in second attempt. Congratulations to those who passed and Good luck to those who could not pass.
It was my First attempt but failed Unfortunately but never loose hope by grace of Almighty Allah I will manage to pass it next time 🙂

I’m asking Because I’m aiming for 2.1 too n I’m on an average of 61 for 6 papers. i’m writing the remaining 3 papers this Dec n then do my RAP next period. i want to know what your overall average was so I can work towards it. thanks

Hi Guys,
I failed in two parts and want to resubmit. Do I have to rewrite the whole project again?
@lebriville what did the examiner say ? Did you fail on the main RAP or the SLS/Presentation slides ? If it was the latter that should be a relatively easy fix and definitely no need to do your project again.
If you failed on the RAP – I guess it depends what the examiner said. I doubt it was so bad that you need to do a full rewrite.

I am submitting mine this November, can anyone please advise me on what I should do to pass in the first sitting… I understand there are no shortcuts but I also know a few tips can be the difference between passing and failing…
