    Yes, it says the same on my text book. I imagine that what that means is either there is within the text and extra bit relating specifically to UK and not to International or …

    it means that the UK and the International are now so close that it’s not worth distinguishing the two variants.

    i suggest that you download both variants from the ACCA website and compare them. If they are ( pretty ) similar, then the question of which to choose is a matter for you to decide.

    I seem to remember reading that, if you ever wish to hold a practising certificate to practice as an auditor in the UK, you need to pass the UK variant.

    HOWEVER!!!! BEWARE!!!! I’m not sure about this so maybe you should try to confirm my doubtful, unreliable memory for yourself 🙂
