Hello,
I’ll sit the Global variant in December 2013 and I wanted to inquire whether I should know cases for the global exams or is it just sufficient to have the point of law explained without any case law? Do cases yield any marks?
Thanks.
There is room for quoting case names in the Global variant (by no means as many as in the English variant!) If you read my article on F4 exam technique on this site you’ll find guidance about cases, case names, what to do if you can’t remember them – it’s all in there.
If you’re still in doubt, post again
