what is breakup basis for f9 paper……………..please tell me importance of theory in f9…thanks in advance
.If you mean breakup basis in the context of valuing a business, then the breakup value is the total value of all the assets if they were sold off separately (less any liabilities) – i.e. if it were not to be sold as a going-concern.
With regard to theory – approximately 50% of the paper will be writing as opposed to calculations.
