What is the right time to submit English qualification to ACCA?

Hello everyone,

I am planning to attempt Paper F7 on December Session 2017. So i would like to know whether to get and submit English qualification(IELTS/PTE) before ATTEMPTING F7 or before PASSING F7 paper i.e before the Result Date.

My plan is to get English Qualification and submit to ACCA after my F7 exam in 5th December 2017 but before Result Date 15 January 2018.Do you think this will affect my Eligibility for BSc Degree?, Please let me Know.

Moreover, i also sent email to ACCA team and they replied this way:

“Please note that students must meet the English language requirements and opt into the Oxford Brookes scheme, before attempting papers F7, F8 and F9. If they do not, they will lose their eligibility for the degree.

But when i checked the link, they have mentioned that the qualification must be submitted and approved by ACCA, before passing F7, F8 and F9.
