What is the difference between F7 UK and F7 INT

Can someone please tell me what the difference is between F7 UK and F7 INT?

I am really confused as my BPP Study Text which is for the “UK and International stream” says that if you are sitting the exam for F7 UK (which I am) then the exam will be sat under International standards and that the study text that I have contains all the details under international standards. For the UK element, I need to get supplementary notes?

Would appreciate someone clarifying for me.
