please tell me the most effective way to study ACCA ?
from your opinion & from your experience .
Best is to use Opentuition notes and lectures, plus a Revision Kit.
That is what I have been doing and so far I have passed 4 exams. (I used BPP’s revision kit)
The most effective way is you need to put in effort.
No matter you attended classes with tuition provider or you study yourself, you need time to finish your syllabus, do revision and practice question.
I prefer self study as it was on my own speed. Sometimes lecturer too fast, can’t get it; too slow, sleepy can’t concentrate.
My style:
I have one study text (BPP) with me, I download all the technical articles for that subject, I read through the examiner reports to aware the common mistake of student, I download open tuition notes for reference, I practice past year questions. For certain papers (F7, P2) I bought revision kit to practice. For some topics that I can’t understand from notes or study text, I will do some research on google and wikipedia. So far, I have passed all my ACCA papers except P7, now waiting result….
And one more thing, I learn some study experience from forum too, it is useful ^^
