Teleology is an approach to ethics which looks at the consequence of an action ie the result can justify the means. Contrast with deontology, which depends on perceived duty ie you should act according to what’s right.
Sustainability has many definitions but usually they imply that you can continue living or running a business without compromising future generations’ ability to do the same.
