One has to use latest available statements for topic 8, what is meant here by latest statements? ” latest quarterly statements” or latest “annual statements”

To use latest financial statement meaning ,For FAILED RAP project which analysis for 2009 to 2011 , we have to resubmit the project by changing analysis for 2010 to 2012. Is it correct ?
yes , latest financial statements to be incorporated, which means every thing change. even ppt change, graphs change, analysis change. considerable work load.
