What is easy? OBU or passing a Skills level paper?

I have finished Skills level and hoping to do OBU this time. I’m new to this and quite worried.
Is OBU very hard? Is passing a skills level paper is easier than OBU? What do you think?

I’m writing it this year too. I’ve picked topic 8 and I’ve met with my mentor. We could exchange ideas if your are interested.
