Is it the 3 rationale is refer to the 3 roles (portfolio manager, parental developer, and synergy manager) or (acquisition and merger, strategic alliance and organic growth)?
I guess it is SFA (Suitability, Feasibility and Acceptability) as factors to be considered before acquiring new company. Because the portfolio management comes in after the acquisition process and the the strategic alliance, organic growth and merger are strategic options from which you have choosen the acquisition.
