What is a good score

In your opinion, what is a good score to get in P4 exams? Not a bare pass but a respectable score? Would you suggest 65% + or 80%?

It is like asking how long is a piece of string!!
Most people who pass get a score in the 50’s or 60’s. Anything higher than that is very good.
