just off topic… Has anyone noticed that from 2011 the only approved publisher by acca is BPP. They’ve dropped Kaplan Publishing! Does anyone know why?

    Hi

I don’t think there will be an impact. It’s just that ACCA has decided there should be only one “approved publisher” However, this COULD be Kaplan when the ACCA reviews the position – or equally, it could continue with BPP.

The difference is that BPP are now the only ones who can reproduce the past exam questions in the form they were originally asked.

So far as I am concerned, personally, Kaplan are as good as BPP – they are on the same equivalent level, and I see no reason to drop Kaplan, nor to adopt BPP.

They are both VERY PROFESSIONAL organisations
