As the title suggests….and which risk of the risk model do auditors need to consider the most when dealing with the audit of any bank
Not likely to be an F8 question. But the following come to mind:
Will borrowers repay?
What are the risks relatng to derivitives (futures, options etc)?
Money laundering
Theft of cash
Fraud by employees and customers
Lots of regulations
What if there’s a run (ie many customers wanttheir cash back at the same time)?
Liquidity
