I realize that there is no lecture covering Associates. Is it that this area will not be tested in consolidation for June 2014 exams?

Surely there are lectures covering associates!
There are only a handful of people in the World who know what topics are in the June 2014 examination and I am not one of them. Associates could very well be within question 1. In fact, on reflection, I could be persuaded to amend my guesses in order to include associates.

There’s so little to the topic that clearly I have not recorded it after all. the course notes and exercises should be enough for you in the exam
